How to Calculate Your Bike Size

If you want to refine your choice even further, to calculate your ideal bike size, measure your inseam from your heel to your crotch.
Choosing the right bike size is important so you feel comfortable with it in the long term.
For occasional use, you might place greater importance on being able to get on and off easily, as well as being able to plant your feet firmly on the ground without having to get off the saddle.
However, more intensive use will require you to pedal with your legs almost fully extended, thereby improving performance.
