Je suis extrêmement déçue !
J’ai commandé un vélo pour ma fille il y a plus de 15 jours, à ce jour j’ai reçu le mauvais produit. J’ai donc refusé le colis.
3 jours après le livreur me présente le même colis avec le mauvais produit.
C’est les vacances, et ma fille n’a toujours pas de vélo. Il n’est toujours pas parti de Gijòn.
Peut être l’auront nous pour Noël !!!
Le pire, c’est le manque de communication et de geste commercial.
362,98 € de vélo + panier osier pour une enfant de 8 ans, c’est déjà bien payé !

Ich habe dieses Fahrrad als Geburtstagsgeschenk für meine 8-jährige Tochter gekauft. Es ist etwas groß für sie, aber wenn man den Sattel absenkt, funktioniert es gut. Da es so schnell wächst, war es eine gute Wahl. Das Fahrrad kam in einwandfreiem Zustand an, die Endmontage war sehr einfach und das Fahrrad kann sich sehen lassen
