Yes, you have up to 30 calendar days to return your order as long as it has not been used, for a full refund, the bike must be in its original condition. If you don't like it or it's not what you expected, you can return it through our returns platform . If the product has arrived damaged, you have 48 hours from the time of receipt to make your claims or return the product.

For all other returns, there is a cost of 5 euros in Spain and at the customer's expense for accessories in the rest of the EU. Biciclasica will be in charge of collecting them. In all cases it will be necessary approval of the return by us. Our address is this.
It is possible that some of the products previously added to the cart are out of stock. This is why the checkout button is not displayed, and the purchase cannot be processed. Remove this product from the basket so that you can complete the process.

Carriage Paid Spain Peninsular, where specified for orders over 39 €, you can also see the detail of the transport cost indicated on each product, for international shipments, you will see the cost when entering your shipping information in the checkout process, in some cases it may require an extra income, to meet the shipping costs in certain specific locations.
