Compre la bici Capri Valentina Aquamarina a mi hija en Reyes de 2020, hace un año y 3 meses. Desde entonces estoy intentando comprar el portabultos trasero, ya q no venía incluido, pero está agotado. A este paso, para cuando lo repongan tengo que cambiar de bicicleta. Si se están fabricando más bicicletas de este modelo, por qué no se fabrican sus accesorios?

Intentando conseguir el portabultos desde diciembre. Muy buenos para venderte la bicicleta, pero a pesar de contactar con la empresa varias veces y decirme que el portabultos estaría disponible, primero en febrero y luego en junio....... Todavía sigue sin estar disponible.Me sigue faltando mi portabultos capri valentina aguamarina. Imposible compartir la bici con mi hija... La compra fue para poder llevarla a sus actividades . Decepcionante servicio postventa.Ojalá se digne alguien de la empresa a solucionar el problema.

el portabultos llegó correctamente y es el color que toca. Viene preparado para ponerle un reflector trasero, de forma que desde atras un coche te vea mejor. Sugeriría a nuestros amigos de biciclasica que lo incluyesen dentro del paquete. Ahora me toca comprar uno si saber si va a encajar correctamente en los agujeros de tornillos que lleva el portabultos.
