Buenos dias Soy francés Pedí una bici eléctrica y me llegó averiada a mi casa El servicio de atención al cliente me dijo que lo volviera a desmontar y lo volviera a colocar en la caja de transporte, lo cual hice para devolverlo y que procediéramos a un cambio. Lamentablemente se dañó en el transporte de vuelta. Hoy ya no me quieren enviar moto nueva pero me ofrecen devolución con penalizaciones este proceso me parece escandaloso no tengo nada que ver y me quieren hacer pagar Es vergonzoso Está claro que no te voy a hacer publicidad!!! Buenos días. Lamentamos mucho no haber cumplido con sus expectativas. Como sabe, le hemos ofrecido una compensación económica por la abolladura del guardabarros, que usted rechazó porque prefería una bici nueva, en perfecto estado. Es algo que entendemos perfectamente y por eso le dimos la opción de devolver su bicicleta sin coste alguno para usted y enviarle otra o devolverle íntegramente el importe. Usted eligió cambiar la bicicleta por una nueva. El problema surge con la devolución de la bicicleta, que usted realizó sin seguir las instrucciones de devolución y, sinceramente, con muy poco cuidado. La bicicleta llegó con muchos daños por dejar muchas piezas sueltas (entre ellas la rueda delantera) dentro de la caja. Por este motivo la bicicleta llegó con daños extras. En estas condiciones no podemos enviarle una nueva bicicleta eléctrica. Eso sí, le hemos abonado el importe de su bicicleta, a pesar del perjuicio que supone para nosotras. Nos parece muy injusto su comentario, por suerte, tenemos una reputación muy buena después de 12 años vendiendo online. Muchas gracias. D.
