En mi caso lo compré para instalarlo en un antigua bici de los 50, para sustituir al eje original a chavetas. Buen eje, que reducia el peso del anterior y de mejor funcionamiento. En mi caso, la rosca de mi pedalier era francesa, por lo que tuve problemas para instalarlo, ya que la rosca de la parte de los platos iba al revés. Recomendaria a biciclasica incorporar a su catálogo algun eje de pedalier autorroscante (sin rosca), para poder instalar en las antiguas bicis con rosca francesa o que tengan la rosca dañada.
