Returning your bicycle is really easy, but it is important that you pack it correctly to avoid damage to the bicycle. We invite you to follow the instructions in the video below and to read these instructions carefully.

A significant percentage of customers who return one of our bicycles leave loose parts (especially the front wheel) and sometimes we must deduct from the amount of damages caused by this bad packaging.

Pay special attention to the position of the front wheel and handlebar clamps. It is essential that no loose parts such as the seatpost, saddle or pedals, which may hit the bike during the ride, are carried on the bike. All these components should be packed in a closed box.

If the protectors or bubble wrap are not attached to the bike, they will not do their job. Make sure they are secured with masking tape or cable ties.

To return the bicycle you need the original box and keep the packaging elements, if you are going to ship with a box that is not the original one, it is possible that the shipment will not be authorized due to excessive dimensions. Please notify us if you do not have the original box.

Once we receive the bike in our warehouse and verify its condition we will refund the amount paid at the time of purchase. The refund can take up to 15 working days after we receive the bike back in our warehouse. If there are damages due to bad packaging, they will be assessed and the customer will be informed before the payment.

If there is damage upon receipt of the bike, it will be documented and notified to the customer, and could result in a discount of up to 50% of the total amount. It is not usual but we need your cooperation and that you follow these instructions carefully.
